Eka Chuks is an immigration practitioner with a degree in Irish Immigration law as well as the UK Immigration law. She has a wealth of knowledge in the Immigration laws and policies of both countries.
Eka had her LL. B (Bachelor of Laws) from the University of Wales (2008-2011), and a Master of Laws (LL.M) from the National University of Ireland, Maynooth (2011-2012). She took her interest in IT to the next level by completing a Post Graduate Diploma in Science in Computing from the Institute of Technology, Blanchardstown, Dublin(2015). In 2016, Ms. Chuks acquired a degree from the Honourable Society of King’s Inns “Advanced Diploma in Immigration and Asylum Law” (Ireland).
Due to her love for charity and volunteering jobs, she went ahead to complete a Certificate program in Charity Law with the Law Society of Ireland (2017). Ms. Chuks completed a Higher Diploma in further education, from the University of Maynooth, Ireland (2018-2019). In 2022, Eka completed her Legal Practice Course plus a second Masters degree at the University of Law, United Kingdom.
Eka has vast knowledge in Irish and UK law, specifically in Irish and UK Immigration laws. She is very passionate about helping clients to navigate their immigration journeys in either the UK or the Republic of Ireland.
